Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

Our Use Of Cookies

The Pure Biofuel website does work without cookies, but you will lose some features and functionality if you choose to disable cookies. We also use cookies for internal purposes to help us to provide you with a better user experience. Information supplied by cookies helps us to understand how our visitors use our websites so we can improve how we present our content to you.

You can configure most browsers not to accept cookies for this site. If you navigate this site without doing so, you are giving your implicit consent for us to store cookies on your computer to support the site's functionality. You can get rid of the black bar at the top by clicking the button to accept the use of cookies on this site, and then clicking the following button to hide the message.

The Information We Collect:

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Pure Biofuel website.

We provide a Send message page for you to send us your enquiries. The types of personal information collected at this page are:

Name (Person and Organisation)

Email address

Phone and fax numbers

Address details

Subject of message

Content of message

The type of enquiry

The only items that we require you to submit are the subject, the type of enquiry, and an email address where we can reply to you. All other items are optional. This information may be stored in our Customer Relationship Management software, in which case the original email will be deleted.

The information you submit on the Price Calculator page is not stored on the website. The information is sent both to the email address you provide and to our sales team, who may follow up on your enquiry. If you want us to delete these details, contact our sales team, and they will remove the information.

We operate a bespoke Customer Data Management System (CDMS), in which we store the details of all historic orders and accounts, including accounts that were setup because a customer required a quote, even though no order was subsequently placed.

Every person or organisation with a record in our CDMS may request an account to access their information. They may also ask us to provide accounts on the system so their agent(s) can access their information.

We can delete on request any account for which there has not been an order, but as the order records tie in to our accounts and management systems, and the customer's account ties in to the order records, we cannot delete accounts for which there have been historic orders. We can, however, deactivate any account on request.

The Way We Use Information:

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

As the only information we hold on you are the limited items that you provide through our messaging form, you can access this information by asking us to forward to you the information we received when you submitted the form.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a new message with the corrected information.

To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before forwarding your old message(s) or adopting the revised information sent to us.
